ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATION OF BUILDINGS AND ENERGY DESIGN/RENOVATION
The Energy Performance Certificate is an accurate analysis of the energy performance and of the efficiency of the building-installation system allowing the property to be assigned an energy performance class in a scale from A+ to G.
We suggest you customised solutions aimed at recovering energy and reducing the building management costs. In Lombardy, starting from July, 1st, 2009, it is compulsory to enclose an Energy Performance Certificate to the deeds for the transfer of a property for consideration (notarial deed).
Starting from July, 1st, 2010, the Energy Performance Certificate is also compulsory for lease agreements.
Furthermore, the Energy Performance Certification is also essential for benefiting from the 65% tax deductions foreseen for building renovations.
